Alain Bouzouba, and his restaurant, Seven Gables, offer their guests a slice of heaven every day.
Growing up in the south of France, food was the center of life. Combine that with a family of competitors who were always trying to outdo each other at family gatherings and you have a recipe for success. Through this friendly competition which included his mother and sisters, Bouzouba learned and perfected the art of cooking.
The chef further enhanced his skills while working at world-famous restaurants such as the Capital City Club in Atlanta and the Ritz Carlton. During this time he took advantage of the opportunities to study recipes and procedures which he would one day mold into his own art.
